  • 2014-2018: Research Assistant/PhD Candidate (Process Engineering), Institute of Process Engineering, Otto von Guericke University, Magdeburg (Germany).

Dr.-Ing. Muhammad Usman Farid completed PhD Process Engineering from the Otto-von-Guericke University, Magdeburg Germany in 2018. During his PhD, he worked in collaboration with the project partner Fraunhofer (IFF) Magdeburg where he worked with the IFF Business Unit, “Process and Plant Engineering”. He also worked as a Lecturer (Environmental Engineering) in the Department of Structures and Environmental Engineering at the University of Agriculture, Faisalabad Pakistan where he has been supervising a Research Group comprising of MSc and PhD students.
